By accepting these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”), you (“the Customer”) consent to receive communications from RK’s Disaster Recovery Solutions (“we”, “us”, or “our”) via text messages (SMS), multimedia messages (MMS), AI voice calls, and emails.

These communications may include, but are not limited to, service updates, promotional messages, event notifications, and customer service responses.

Please read this Agreement carefully. By opting in, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by the terms outlined below.

Text Messaging

  2. Message frequency will vary depending on your interaction with us.

  3. Standard message and data rates may apply as per your mobile service provider.

Email Communication

  1. By providing your email address, you consent to receive communications from us, including newsletters, promotions, and service updates.

  2. You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “Unsubscribe” link at the bottom of our emails.


3. Opting Out

Text Messages

To stop receiving text messages:

  • Reply STOP to any message you receive from us.

  • You may also request removal by contacting us at info@ronklink.co 

  • Once processed, you will receive confirmation of your opt-out status.

Emails

To stop receiving emails:

  • Click the “Unsubscribe” link in any of our email messages.

  • Alternatively, you may contact us at info@ronklink.co to request removal.

Please allow up to 3 working days for your opt-out request to be fully processed.


4. Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. By agreeing to these terms, you confirm that your data will be processed in line with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and store your information. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent.


5. Customer Responsibilities

  3. We are not liable for any issues, fees, or consequences resulting from the use of outdated or incorrect contact information.


6. No Warranties

We make no express or implied warranties regarding the delivery or availability of our text or email communications. We are not responsible for delays, undelivered messages, or technical issues related to your carrier or internet provider.


7. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.


8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will take effect immediately upon being published on our website. Continued use of our services following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
